Nurturing Architectural Education

Each year, MCG Architects are very pleased to host a number of School, TAFE and University students on Work Experience engagements. These hostings give the school students a significant opportunity to experience what we do, before making their career path choices. For the TAFE and University students, who are already studying architectural related subjects, it gives them an opportunity to experience the “real world” and to apply and test their new skills and knowledge. Industry work experiences are so important for young people to reassure them of their choices and to reaffirm those choices. MCG extends this contribution by attending careers presentations at Schools and participating as guest mentors for university assignments.
