Brunswick River Cottages

This project involved preparing a revised Concept Plan for the Brunswick Review Cottages development, providing affordable accommodation for the over 55’s population. The Concept Plan was approved, so we then undertook detailed design for Stages 2 and 3 of the development and prepare plans and specifications in sufficient detail to enable public tenders for the construction of the new units and infrastructure to be invited. Stage 2 is complete and Stage 3 is currently under construction.
