Accordwest Bunyap Rise
This project was Stage 3 of a larger development, with Stages 1 and 2 completed in 2013 and 2018 respectively. Bunyap Rise provides temporary housing for displaced youth, giving them security and dignity whilst they find their way forward.
Combined with agency offices on the ground floor, the facility is made up of eight self contained studio units including one fully accessible unit, catering for disabled clients. A challenging project because of a tight, very wet site, but completed on time and within budget.
